I brought my car in for an oil change and was told it would be 3-5 hours before it was done. The length of time it takes to get an oil change makes me question the new policy of walk-in service. Things worked much smoother when I made an appointment.

I had my oil changed and had new...
I had my oil changed and had new windshield wipers and I was a little upset that I was charged $7.00 for labor to install the wipers. I was already there for service why was I charged additional fee?! Otherwise my experience with GM has always been good, and everyone is very friendly and helpful. I do miss seeing some of the people that used to work there that went out of there way to make sure they did a good job and your were happy with the work, or some that just came to say "Hi" when they saw you. (Shane Brown, Adrian Trujillo just a couple for example)

RICH AVERY WAS AWESOME THE PART THAT WAS...
Rich avery was awesome the part that was supposed to have been installed on my vehicle a week ago happened to get used on another one, he called and reminded me that i needed to bring my vehicle in a week later after i returned from a trip. Instead of making me vehicle less for the day he gave me a loaner car to make sure i could make it to all my appointments for the day! Super awesome, went out of his way to make my day enjoyable without my necessary vehicle

My vehicle had to be towed in for the...
My vehicle had to be towed in for the second time because it would not start. The first time which was a month ago it started after it was towed in. This time it did not start and the technician was able to diagnose the problem as a defective fuel pump. The pump was still under warranty so all I paid for was the tow. Great job guys.
