I asked for my car to be picked up, as I was unable to bring the car in. L The valet was 90 minutes late, and they only arrived at all because I called three times. In addition, after my car was dropped off, my oil change sticker was torn off without any effort to make it look clean, and no new sticker was put up. So, my windshield is a sticky mess. Beyond all that, no receipt was left in my car, and there was also no overview of the maintenance check. In all, this was a disappointing experience. I have usually had nothing but excellent service.

Very straight forward transaction. I love having an appointment with the vehicle we were interested in ready for us when we arrived. I love the straight forward pricing, and the honest responses by all of the employees that assisted in our purchase. I had an appointment scheduled for 1030 when I got there. The gentleman informed me that it was going to take quite some time and I had to get on the road for work so he came and told me that they could just do a spill and fell and get me out of there quicker so I assumed I would just get the oil change Which I did but it still cost me $89 which is crazy considering all they did was change my oil and did nothing else. They didn’t change the sticker on my windshield had known that for another $10 and maybe another 30 minutes I could’ve had my windshield washer fluid filled and everything checked just an oil change was not worth $89 and this was the first time I was very dissatisfied with the service I received the gentleman at the desk was awesome though

The job eventually got done. I was told to bring my Chevy Express van in on a Tuesday morning. The vehicle sat there the entire week untouched. For four days...These are days I could have been using it in my business. I received communication ONE time during the entire process from Jaden (which I appreciated.) I was then told on Friday that the vehicle would be done on Monday or Tuesday (now a week from when I brought it in). It was not done until Thursday afternoon. Come to find out, they did not even order a part I needed until a WEEK after I brought the vehicle in. I asked to see the vehicle on Tuesday, to see if the original problem (door not sealing) had even been addressed. It had not. I had told Lonnie this was the main problem I needed fixed. He told me I needed a new door. However, he never passed on the information about the door not sealing, so the new door looked exactly the same as the old with a large gap at the top. When I told the tech, Andrew, he said that was the first time he had heard anything about that. Andrew did fix the issue and did a great job of it. However, I suspect the issue could have been quickly corrected with my old door. He told me all he needed to do was bang the hinge out so that the door bent in and sealed. That could, at a minimum have been attempted with my old door, and then if it didn't work, they could have sold me a new door. Instead, I was sold a $1000 door (plus labor to install), that I may or may not have needed, and I don't believe there was ever intent to fix the problem. So I give two stars, one for Jaden and one for Andrew. I commend them. I thought the other staff I interacted with were rude and unpleasant, and clearly Lonnie had no intent to fix my original issue. I will never come back here again.

We called in because our front assist was unavailable, our outside temperature gauge was not working and our check engine light was one. They originally told us to drop our car off on Saturday. We received another phone call and they asked about the problem. When we repeated it they told us that they don’t have the right technician in on Saturday’s and to bring it in on Friday and that they didn’t know why they told us Saturday. All of the loaner vehicles were unavailable and a rental could not be used until there was a diagnosis problem. My husband took the morning off work. He was longboarding across town since we did not have a vehicle and none was provided to us. After no communication from the dealership unless we called, we were told at 5:40 pm on Friday that we would not be getting our car that day and that Angel would be calling us back Saturday morning to set us up with a rental. We thought that was odd because we knew they weren’t open on Saturday’s but we didn’t have a choice. We did not hear from Angel Saturday. I called the dealership and was informed that Angel was not working that day and was transferred over to his supervisor who I had to leave a voicemail with. They called me back at 2 pm on Saturday saying that everything was mechanical fine with the vehicle but they were working on the tire but couldn’t get the patch to stick. He apologized for Angel promising us a rental on a Saturday when they were closed and offered to put the donut on the car and bring it to us. I told him I would need to speak to my husband. My husband called him back 5 minutes later and the tire was now suddenly holding air and was fine. They dropped us off the car. Now Wednesday the very next week my front assistant is unavailable again along with the temperature gauge and I’m being told no loaners are available.

Extremely poor communication. My vehicle was at Laramie GM for 33 days - and I only received 2 phone calls. On June 28, a GM rep told me they would call me as soon as possible with the results of the vehicle diagnostic, but I did not hear from anyone again until July 9. Then on July 11, Davis told me that my vehicle would be done "in a about a week", but I did not hear from him again until July 30. If additional work needed to be done, that should have been communicated. The service work on the vehicle was done satisfactorily, but the customer service / communication was disappointing.

I was able to get a same day appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Mike text me that he was available if I had any needs during the service. Afterwards, I was able to get pay for the service with points that I had. Mike was wonderful with his help in explaining everything and helping me figure out how to find my points. I would say the only strange thing that happened was when they found a hub leak and said I’d need to make an appointment with the BIG service department. When I called, I realized the guy I was talking to was actually in the left side of the garage I was just in. Seems like I should have been able to just walk across the bay and make the appointment.

I originally brought the car to the service department because the interior lights would stay on as if a door was ajar, but the door ajar light on the dash was not on. The passenger door hinge was worked on, but didn't correct the problem. I open and closed the hatch, which seemed to correct the problem. The passenger door latch was rebuilt, which eliminated excessive stiffness in the lock, but the interior lights still stay on while the car is being driven for 20 minutes as if a door is ajar.

They let motor oil run all over the frame when removing the oil filter. After driving to Denver and back it was still dripping off of the frame and I had the oil leak on my garage floor. This was engine oil and not from the transmission that they said was leaking fluid,. The differential was low but they said they could no top it off. Did not fill the DEF.

We dropped the vehicle off the day before the appointment. The appointment was scheduled for 0800. The vehicle had not been repaired by 1430 when we showed up to check on its status. Once the vehicle was taken in to be repaired, it was a out of the shop in an hour. There was zero communication about the vehicle on this particular day and very little communication (and only because the sales people kept inquiring) on the previous visit.

They got me right in and performed the service in a timely manner, but I am deducting a star because when I went in I had a “check washer fluid” warning in the DIC and on the way home it came on again. I checked the inspection report and it shows that the reservoir was filled. I put in about a third of a bottle that I had at home to see if the reservoir was leaking- it is not. It makes me wonder what else was not done.
