Im from Georgia and was visiting a friend In Laramie. I noticed a leak and brought it to you guys. Ben was my service writer and was excellent. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. The work was completed quick and looks good quality. Very happy with the service

The problems with my vehicle were taken care of and they knew that I was from out of town, so they did their best to get the repairs completed in one day so I could get back to my home.

Tim was so helpful and pleasant to deal with. We purchased both our GMC 2025 Truck and our Chevy 2025 Traverse from Tim - he was a pleasure to work with!!

Took a lot longer than expected, but not entirely the dealership's fault. Communication was good and unfortunately, I ended up leaving the vehicle with them and getting another one since it was a fleet truck... Everyone I worked with was very nice, and I just wish I would have known sooner just how bad the truck was damaged so I could have made better decisions sooner.

Super nice. They called that night to tell me what they did and that there was one more service to perform on the breaks. I told them to keep my car and do it in the morning. They called early to say it was ready. Very polite gentleman I dealt with.

Angel was very pleasant to deal with.

I was stranded on my way home to Texas and had to get towed into Laramie at 9pm at night. The following morning, Ben got us in quickly, addressed the issue, and took care of some other recalls while he was at it. We were gone and back on the road before lunch time. We were very grateful to the team there!

Service was fast and staff was friendly

I had an appointment scheduled for 1030 when I got there. The gentleman informed me that it was going to take quite some time and I had to get on the road for work so he came and told me that they could just do a spill and fell and get me out of there quicker so I assumed I would just get the oil change Which I did but it still cost me $89 which is crazy considering all they did was change my oil and did nothing else. They didn’t change the sticker on my windshield had known that for another $10 and maybe another 30 minutes I could’ve had my windshield washer fluid filled and everything checked just an oil change was not worth $89 and this was the first time I was very dissatisfied with the service I received the gentleman at the desk was awesome though

I needed my vehicle serviced and was able to get it serviced the same day that I called. Thank you for great service and working me in. I was going to be in Laramie unexpectedly and this saved me a trip from Saratoga. I really appreciate it.

The job eventually got done. I was told to bring my Chevy Express van in on a Tuesday morning. The vehicle sat there the entire week untouched. For four days...These are days I could have been using it in my business. I received communication ONE time during the entire process from Jaden (which I appreciated.) I was then told on Friday that the vehicle would be done on Monday or Tuesday (now a week from when I brought it in). It was not done until Thursday afternoon. Come to find out, they did not even order a part I needed until a WEEK after I brought the vehicle in. I asked to see the vehicle on Tuesday, to see if the original problem (door not sealing) had even been addressed. It had not. I had told Lonnie this was the main problem I needed fixed. He told me I needed a new door. However, he never passed on the information about the door not sealing, so the new door looked exactly the same as the old with a large gap at the top. When I told the tech, Andrew, he said that was the first time he had heard anything about that. Andrew did fix the issue and did a great job of it. However, I suspect the issue could have been quickly corrected with my old door. He told me all he needed to do was bang the hinge out so that the door bent in and sealed. That could, at a minimum have been attempted with my old door, and then if it didn't work, they could have sold me a new door. Instead, I was sold a $1000 door (plus labor to install), that I may or may not have needed, and I don't believe there was ever intent to fix the problem. So I give two stars, one for Jaden and one for Andrew. I commend them. I thought the other staff I interacted with were rude and unpleasant, and clearly Lonnie had no intent to fix my original issue. I will never come back here again.

Oil change and they discovered a recall for software change. Chevrolet online did not show a recall before my visit. Good catch.

Derek and Angel were both friendly and accommodating while my vehicle was being serviced at Laramie GM. I was promptly informed when my vehicle was done.

10;00 A.M. service appointment ( oil change, filter, one cabin filter, multi point inspection, tire rotation) became a three and a half hour long process. Other than that employees were friendly and I believe competent. I’m assuming that the service department is understaffed.

Very easy to schedule my service appointment, check in was quick and the service was done while I waited. Comfortable waiting area. All the staff are very friendly.

Extremely poor communication. My vehicle was at Laramie GM for 33 days - and I only received 2 phone calls. On June 28, a GM rep told me they would call me as soon as possible with the results of the vehicle diagnostic, but I did not hear from anyone again until July 9. Then on July 11, Davis told me that my vehicle would be done "in a about a week", but I did not hear from him again until July 30. If additional work needed to be done, that should have been communicated. The service work on the vehicle was done satisfactorily, but the customer service / communication was disappointing.

We were really stuck on I 80 but were able to get to Laramie GM. They fixed our truck quickly and with skillfully. Thank you very much! Travelers from Indiana

We called in because our front assist was unavailable, our outside temperature gauge was not working and our check engine light was one. They originally told us to drop our car off on Saturday. We received another phone call and they asked about the problem. When we repeated it they told us that they don’t have the right technician in on Saturday’s and to bring it in on Friday and that they didn’t know why they told us Saturday. All of the loaner vehicles were unavailable and a rental could not be used until there was a diagnosis problem. My husband took the morning off work. He was longboarding across town since we did not have a vehicle and none was provided to us. After no communication from the dealership unless we called, we were told at 5:40 pm on Friday that we would not be getting our car that day and that Angel would be calling us back Saturday morning to set us up with a rental. We thought that was odd because we knew they weren’t open on Saturday’s but we didn’t have a choice. We did not hear from Angel Saturday. I called the dealership and was informed that Angel was not working that day and was transferred over to his supervisor who I had to leave a voicemail with. They called me back at 2 pm on Saturday saying that everything was mechanical fine with the vehicle but they were working on the tire but couldn’t get the patch to stick. He apologized for Angel promising us a rental on a Saturday when they were closed and offered to put the donut on the car and bring it to us. I told him I would need to speak to my husband. My husband called him back 5 minutes later and the tire was now suddenly holding air and was fine. They dropped us off the car. Now Wednesday the very next week my front assistant is unavailable again along with the temperature gauge and I’m being told no loaners are available.

I went in go see what was wrong with my truck and to get it serviced. The part was ordered and a quick appointment was made. My key will now come out of the ignition and all is well. Also, I had the day for the appointment wrong, but they were able to fit me in and get my truck fixed. Great experience!

The service writer was great, personable and professional. He suggested tire rotation but wasn't pushy and we looked and it was past time to do them. He also helped me used points to pay.

It was great! I am now driving my dream car, thank you. The experience was seamless and they went out of their way to make things happen just the way i needed them to. Thank you Laramie GM.

Everyone was respectful and waiting time was shorter than expected. Popcorn was delicious.

I was able to get a same day appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Mike text me that he was available if I had any needs during the service. Afterwards, I was able to get pay for the service with points that I had. Mike was wonderful with his help in explaining everything and helping me figure out how to find my points. I would say the only strange thing that happened was when they found a hub leak and said I’d need to make an appointment with the BIG service department. When I called, I realized the guy I was talking to was actually in the left side of the garage I was just in. Seems like I should have been able to just walk across the bay and make the appointment.

just got an oil change and tire rotation. All went well. Everyone done their job well.

I originally brought the car to the service department because the interior lights would stay on as if a door was ajar, but the door ajar light on the dash was not on. The passenger door hinge was worked on, but didn't correct the problem. I open and closed the hatch, which seemed to correct the problem. The passenger door latch was rebuilt, which eliminated excessive stiffness in the lock, but the interior lights still stay on while the car is being driven for 20 minutes as if a door is ajar.

Your technician did a great job and got me out in record time 👌 Good job as always!

We dropped the vehicle off the day before the appointment. The appointment was scheduled for 0800. The vehicle had not been repaired by 1430 when we showed up to check on its status. Once the vehicle was taken in to be repaired, it was a out of the shop in an hour. There was zero communication about the vehicle on this particular day and very little communication (and only because the sales people kept inquiring) on the previous visit.

Came in while driving across U.S., with failing water pump. Was able to immediately schedule diagnosis and repair. Vehicle was at dealership for 24 hours and paid 30% less than estimated. Ben in Service was great. Thank you.

They let motor oil run all over the frame when removing the oil filter. After driving to Denver and back it was still dripping off of the frame and I had the oil leak on my garage floor. This was engine oil and not from the transmission that they said was leaking fluid,. The differential was low but they said they could no top it off. Did not fill the DEF.

The services were fine, but I never got a call about my car being done. I called and no one answered or called back after leaving a voicemail so I just went in at 6 pm when I had dropped my car off at 1 pm.

I have my 2013 Duramax serviced twice a year ( Avg. 5K miles). Each time I schedule a service job—Lube, oil, oil filter , fuel filter (sometimes tire rotation) and 21 point inspection. This latest service took 4 hours while I waited. A new record! I live 100 miles away in Rawlins and always call a week in advance to secure an appointment, and would really think my 9:30 morning appointment might get more attentive timely treatment, in such a specialized environment. A very good thing I had not scheduled a doctor’s appointment a couple hours after my service appointment, as I have in the past. I am generally very understanding, and restrain from complaining, but am seeing a steady decline in timely service work (for the $$$ spent)and am seriously considering other options for someone else to take over my service needs.🤷‍♂️Sorry, just being honest.

This rating pertains to the Collision Center. Abbey and Lonnie are top notch professionals. They are also knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. The Collision Center properly repaired my damaged truck. They represented my interests much better than my insurance company did. I highly recommend them.

The scheduled tire rotation was not performed with the scheduled oil change.

They got me right in and performed the service in a timely manner, but I am deducting a star because when I went in I had a “check washer fluid” warning in the DIC and on the way home it came on again. I checked the inspection report and it shows that the reservoir was filled. I put in about a third of a bottle that I had at home to see if the reservoir was leaking- it is not. It makes me wonder what else was not done.

My experience with the dealership was excellent. I was able to complete the entire process over the phone, which made everything very convenient and stress-free. The team was professional, responsive, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly. They handled all the details remotely and kept me informed throughout the process. The best part was having the car delivered directly to me, which made the experience even easier. Overall, it was a smooth, efficient, and hassle-free experience, and I really appreciated how simple they made the entire purchase.

After a tire rotation yesterday, my steering wheel shakes when I brake. It did not do this before the rotation. I will call Heather in Service and schedule an appointment. Also, several lug nut covers were very loose and almost falling off. I should have checked them in the GM parking lot after the service. Also, I requested that the DEF cap be loosened so that I could remove it and I can’t get it off.

Laramie GM made a couple of mistakes but in the end they made it right. I will be happy to tak my truck back there for service again.

I absolutely loved my salesman. I have never had a positive dealership experience until I dealt with Courtney. He went above and beyond to accommodate me and get me the exact car I wanted. Truly a great experience.

My daughter took her car for an oil change and tire rotation, she was talked into a $40.00 Fuel Cleaner additive, not a filter and she also asked for the cabin air filter to be changed, they did not do that. $280.00 for an oil chang and tire rotation. Way too much and when I called to talk about it they placated me saying they only do things the customer asks for. They took advantage of a young college girl; we will no longer use you for future service or purchases of vehicles. We will also gladly pass our experience on to our friends and family.
